Associates At DBSL, our ethos is very much about working together as a team. Our team of permanent consultants both provide support to, and are very much supported by our Associate Consultants, all of whom have their own Limited Company, or who work via an umbrella company. Our permanent consultants are very experienced individuals, with varying skill sets and knowledge bases. Additionally, an internal Project Director is assigned to every assignment carried out by DBSL. Project Directors are available for support, advice and guidance throughout the project, as well as from your assigned Bid Support Co-ordinator and our Relationship Team. Placing our Associates in contracts of interest and suitability is important to DBSL. When selecting suitable consultants as candidates for new assignments, we rely heavily on our internal, bespoke database as well as personal knowledge. Therefore ensuring we have detailed and current information is essential. We believe that identifying and understanding your likes and dislikes is an extremely important part of building a long term relationship. Associates do not have to work exclusively for DBSL.  We welcome Associates who are registered with other consultancies or agencies.
